Pay your Bill
Private Client's Policyholder Portal offers two easy and secure ways to pay your bill online.
Log into your account from a computer, tablet, or smartphone to pay your bill and access important policy documents 24/7. For quicker bill pay access, use our Private Client QuickPay feature by selecting “Pay Now” from the Portal welcome screen.
When logged in to your account, you can do the following:
- Pay your bill — view account balance and payment history; pay bills online by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- View or download policy documents
- Request ID cards
- Contact us — your agent, Private Client Solutions Center and claims department
To create your account, you will need the following to verify your identity:
- Policy number
- Date of birth
- ZIP code
